On the hill of Castenedolo, Cantina Peri Bigogno boasts over 70 years of commitment and passion to vine cultivation. The tour includes a short bike ride across the vineyards on the hill, led by the vine manager who will illustrate the stages of vine growth and cultivation.
The tour of the winery, which showcases a collection of old tools, includes the explanation of the different stages of sparkling wine making and red wine barrel aging.
At the end, a guided tasting of the winery’s own production will be enriched with a selection of cheeses and cured meats from producers of Colli dei Longobardi Wine Route.
