Lazzari and the promotion of local wine
With over 100 years of history, Cantina Lazzari is the Capriano del Colle DOC wine producer with the most national and international awards. This visit gives you an opportunity to learn about traditional wine making techniques, with particular focus on research on indigenous vines and local biodiversity. The visit is followed by a wine tasting session including local food from the region’s farms.
