In the kitchen on Lake Garda
Cooking class among Lake Garda’s olive trees
A one-of-a-kind cooking class in a friendly Italian farm house surrounded by olive trees in Manerba del Garda.
Participants will attend a lecture from a renowned food expert from Slow Food University, a long-time estimator of high-quality products. The expert will disclose some secrets of Italian culinary art inspired by tradition and innovation.
After picking vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, participants will enjoy making authentic Italian home-made pasta in different shapes: tagliatelle, ravioli, and straccetti. Pasta will be seasoned with different typical regional sauces to create a taste-themed “Grand Tour of Italy” using one of the symbols of our country.
At the end of the experience, all will enjoy lunch on the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake or under the veranda with marvellous views.
