From milking to tasting
This experience offers the opportunity to closely observe how cheese and butter are produced by following all the stages – from milking to milk processing. At the end there will be a tasting and visit to the farm to see cows, goats, pigs, and chickens.
The event is offered one or more Sundays in May depending on the amount of reservations. Other days during the year can be scheduled, possibly when the weather is good to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.
