Built in mid-14th century at the crossroads of three villages, the church is in Lombard Romanesque style. The façade is simple, with terracotta decorations. The single-nave interior displays valuable frescoes dating from the 15th and 16th centuries. The monument to the Sabbia Valley Fallen of the Resistenza (Italian resistance movement) was erected inside the church.
