Documented in 1410 A.D. but certainly older, it contains the beautiful wooden sculpture of Mary seating on the throne holding Baby Jesus (12th century), frescoes, paintings, and ex voto. The bell tower was added in the 18th century. The shrine is a beloved site by island residents and the destination of many excursions thanks to the beautiful view you can admire from there.
