Filari Dispari Experience, a sensory experience to learn more about wine and visit wineries

Filari Dispari Experience is organized by the new bar in Viale Venezia (just outside Brescia’s city centre) and includes different wineries and DOC wines each time, with the objective to showcase local production.

Here is the breakdown of the day:

• Meeting at Filari Dispary (Viale Venezia, 1/B – Brescia) for a sensory learning experience about wine and basic tasting techniques held by Chiara Monti, Ais sommelier;
• Minibus transfer to the first winery, tour and tasting;
• Minibus transfer to the second winery, tour and tasting;
• At about 7.15pm, return to Filari Dispari for an exclusive aperitif and final tastingwith two food-wine pairings.

On top of these winery tours, every night from Monday to Saturday, between 6pm and 2am Filari Dispari offers local wines, special cocktails combined with double-portion dishes, aperitif and dinner, always promoting local wines. The bar also has live music nights and cultural events that are announced through social media. It also has a wine-cellar style private room for events up to 40 guests.
