In 2017 Brescia was awarded as the European Region of the Culinary Arts. Brescia is rich in specialties for all palates, even the most refined, since its territory has more than 10 starred restaurants. Spiedo, Casoncelli, oil, truffles, lake fish, caviar and fine wines are certainly not lacking. On the contrary, they are known all over the world, as its cheeses: Bagòss, Grana Padano, Rosa Camuna and Formagella di Tremosine… Typical products of Brescia for all tastes!
