Funded by Cluny Benedictine monks, it was handed to Olivetan monks in 1446. They added precious works by the best Brescia masters like Moretto, Romanino, Gambara and Ferramola. This religious and artistic complex is extremely valuable. Its church, convent, and three cloisters have become a true symbol of Franciacorta.
